Dear Friends:
     A woman came to me with persistent plugs and problems in her right
breast; she had a painful milk blister on that nipple. She was reluctant to
try the sterile needle to "open the floodgates".  She soaked that nipple in 2
TSP epsom salts/cup of warm water four times a day. After 24 hours of this,
the bleb softened enough that she just scraped it away. She also began to
work on her incredible oversupply, which was the underlying problem. Warmly,
