You may be the bearer of sad news, but you aren't the bad guy. Can you 
salvage this for the mother by showing her how to mother her baby skin-to-
skin, give the bottle "like a breastfeeder", and emphasize how bonding 
happens between mother and baby? She may not be the milk source, but she 
is still the love source. Hope this helps, and if not, the pounder bag of 
M&Ms will!
