Hi, Amy. I am not Chris H-E, but I do know GSE.  It is Grapefruit Seed
Extract.  I know about it because it is anti-fungal--as in YEAST.

We have had a lot of yeast problems in Jan and Feb. It is usually this way
in these months. It may be due to too much sugar in December added to not
enough sunlight in these months.

Are you and Karen coming to the conference?  I will be there from Wednesday
evening till sometime after the end on Friday.  When are you arriving and
leaving.  I hope to have a bit of time to talk with you.

I'm going to try to avoid too much coffee so that I can maintain some
semblance of calm and order those two days.  I usually go out in orbit and
it doesn't help to be wired with caffeine. Maybe the coffee at the
restaurant will be bad and I won't be tempted.

Are you going to Acaculpo?

How is your back?  Are you working again?
