I would, in case of a sterile mastitis (so inflammation merely, resulting 
from milk stasis, and not a high chance of a bacterial infection because of 
sore nipples or the like), prefer really good policy and Phytolacca, to 
prevent the intestinal flora from being ruined by the antibiotics and, when 
the baby is still small, his/her flora as well, ánd to prevent the risk of 
thrush.
