I really liked the wording in the information Janice posted-"The mothers were exercising the rights of their children to 
eat whenever and wherever they needed to."
This is how it really needs to be stated.  Too often it is perceived as just something that mom wants to do when we talk of mother's right to breastfeed.  Then those who think public nursing should be a no-no talk about the woman "exposing herself" or treat it like it is only the mother that is the one with rights here.  It's a lot harder to be seen as being against a baby's right to eat than a mother's right to do whatever.
