Hello, I work in a level 3 NICU. Is anyone aware of a governing body, such
as the CDC or JCAHO, that states that EBM needs to be stored in the
hospital freezer and not at home? This would be to monitor that it is
stored proprly and at the correct temperature. I have always stated that
there was, but now I cannot find the literature to back it up.
Please help!
