Those of you who are ILCA members.  Have you received your Jan/Feb 1997
issue of the GLOBE?

How did it come? In a special envelope or simply folded and mailed?

I received one in an envelope with other matierals, but not the way I would
have expected to receive same.  I am wondering when I SHOULD have received
it (about when you did, if you got it).  Or am I the first to have received
it (early February)?

Please advise so that I will know how to evaluate the way mine came.  Many
thanks.

PS I am asking because I never got the two previous issues and I KNOW the
office knows where I have moved.
