Yes, Marsha...we LCs here at LifeCare refused to participate in Abbotts' program for obvious reasons. LifeCare trained 8 women and hired one as CLCs and they are managing the Abbott phone line. Abbott did insist that they be known as "LCs"....can't win them all and believe me, it has caused lots of confusion w/e-mails and forwards to our M@W program. Sigh.
