I am a member of a committee that is developing a policy for
supplementation while in hospital. With this policy we are considering
having parents sign a consent to supplement.After searching the archives
for information I still have many questions. I would like to hear from
anyone who has implemented a written consent within their hospital. Did it
work? What were the barriers? If you had to do it again what would you do
differently? Would you be willing to share a copy of your informed consent
for supplements?
