Hale's (2000 edition) has a listing for Butalbitol
which contains butalbital; however, there is no write
up specifically for butalbital in mine (the 2002
edition may have it since it has more entries than my
older version). For Butalbitol (which is a analgesic
which contains acetamenophen, aspirin, caffeine &
bultalbital) there is no mention of it affecting milk
supply. It has a Lactation Risk factor of L3 and
maternal & pediatric conerns are both sedation.

Don't know if that helps any. There's only 40 mg of
butalbital in the butalbitol.
