There is no reason why pre-eclampsia would compromise BM supply - it
disappears within a few days of delivery!  Perhaps the magnesium sulfate Mom
got made the infant too sleepy to nurse well for the first few days?  More
likely, someone told Mom she couldn't breastfeed with Mag sulfate (not true)
and early supplementation and mismanagement was the problem.
