The calcium in teeth is not "removable" by the body, the way the calcium in
bones in -- it is locked up in a biochemical matrix and stays put from the
time the crown is formed, throughout life. So, no, teeth cannot get a
dental equivalent of osteoporosis.

A mother of 8 children may well find that she doesn't have time to properly
brush and floss -- imagine taking time to floss when you have hungry twins
-- or even go to the dentist for regular cleanings and check-ups, which may
have contributed to her poor dental health.
