I use "breast sandwich" - in fact, I usually speak of a "Burger King sized"
amount of breast in the baby's mouth instead of just the "straw" (nipple). 


I used this at bedside all the time in Puerto Rico - where there were, it
seemed to me, more fast food places per square mile than any other place
I've lived in.  However, it did not endear me with one of the dads - he was
the manager of Wendy's....
