Sometimes my clients are referred by their physician - sometimes not.  Even if there is conflict - unless the client objects - I always send a one page (factual, non-emotional) progress report to the Ped and cc the OB or vice versa.   Whether the Dr believes in or appreciates the process is irrelevant- I saw their patient, they get a report.
