There is often much more than meets the eye in a situation like this.
How old is the baby? What caused the low milk supply? How much was she
getting when she started the reglan as oppose to what she is getting now?
How many times a day total is she pumping, and with what kind of pump and
for how long?   These answers are important before your original question
can be addressed.
