I have a mom with a history of MRSA with her last birth - 2 years ago
Had a PIC line and months of antibiotics
What finally resolved when she read on line to go to tanning bed 
The infection "went right away and has not come back"

she is < 24 hours PP and wnats to go home

Her nipples have been "moist" for the past 3 weeks
Her nipples look like white soup - the tip of the nipple is pink and all around the nipplelike a ring is white and "wet"
There is no odor - just wet nipples that stick to her breast pads - not bleeding - not mis shaped
She nursed once in L&D - the 2nd time it was so painful she could not bear to have the baby on her nipple
She is pumping every 3 hours and is able to express 7 - 10 ml of colostrum.
Bigger flange and OTC antibiotic cream with tanning bed 3 times a week 

Any suggestions?
Does she need oral antibiotics?
