This is from Nestle's letter to Deanne.  Nestle knows very well that the US
joined the rest of the world on the Code in 1994;  I have in front of me a
photo of Nestle's Geoffrey Fookes, watching the 1994 proceedings.
Apparently the company is just hoping no one remembers.  I assume it's a
marketing technique, that says if you just keep saying the same thing,
consistently and sincerely and in the face of all evidence to the contrary,
people will believe it...
