A surgical nurse is returning to work at 6 weeks postpartum and is wondering
about the safety of giving her baby expressed milk after working with bone
cement, Methyl Methacrylate (made by Howe Medica). She has contacted Howe
medica but has received no response. She will be working full time and is
exposed to the fumes of the bone cement daily, often more than one case each
day. Thank you for any information.
