Tom Hale has recently put something on his website to say that 5 women
breastfed without problems while taking metformin.If you do get further info
I would be interested as I have one mother who was put on metformin for PCO
before conception. Now that her baby is 5 months her gynae wants to
recommence metformin & disc.breastfeeding. She is naturally reluctant to do
this.
I am just getting back into lactnet after a long break & had forgotten how
much I learn from it. Thanks everybody.
