It sounds like this child is nowhere near ready to wean from
breastmilk, and from the bottle. Therefore, I would actually try to
discuss with mother (in a counseling way)  how she could continue
EP'ing, looking at ways to make life and expressing easier. I would be
fearful that her life would get harder if she weans an unready child.
