If you'd like a copy of a cited article, contact your local library (ask for
the reference desk). Usually they will access the article from a local
medical library and get you a copy. You can ask them as well how to order a
journal or access the address of a publisher. Pediatric Clinics of North
America is in most hospital medical libraries. Local libraries (in most
communities) are supported by your tax dollars and you are entitled to these
services.
