Hi.  I have been buying Dom for a year from a place in New Zealand.  I just 
got a shipment last month, which wasn't intercepted like the latest FDA ban 
warned it would be!!  As far as I know, there are NO U.S pharmacies that 
will compound it since the ban.  Here is their info:
Global Health Ltd. toll free 1-877-271-6591.  They are something like 9 
hours ahead, so just leave a voice message, and a friendly man with an 
accent will return your call within 12 hours!  There is no prescription 
required since it is over-seas, and it comes in original manufacturer 
boxes.  Standard shipping takes around ten days, and for $10 or $15 more 
you can get it in 5-7 days.   I do not represent them in any way; just 
passing on info!  This place is cheaper than some from other countries, and 
the LC who initially recommended it for me advised against buying from 
Mexico due to quality standards there.  Good luck.  It has been a God-send 
to me!!
