I believe Kaiser of Hawai'i has formula in ready made bottles with
nipples,etc.  They keep them locked up.  A mom who is to formula feed
still has to feed her baby.  Nurses won't do it.  There is no nursery
(except for NICU).  I am not sure of the cost, but I can find out.  Why
can't you put the cost of the abm on the bill with other pharmaceuticals?
 I think Kaiser may be doing this, but I am not sure.
