I want to thank Tina Miller for the web address to the Denver article about
the Michael Kramer study.  May I ask, why is he alleviating parent concern
about pacifier use when it is a "marker" for breastfeeding difficulties, and
it reduces motivation at the breast?  I am finding it hard to believe that
there is no statistical significance for early weaning.  Perhaps he should go
beyond 3 months post-partum?
