Dear Ellen, the situation you told about just makes my hair stand on end!!!!
I thought your answers were fine and I would opt for full BF with HMF via
SNS as a good alternative.  I would also try to persuade baby to directly BF
as soon as possible, instead of via shield.  What with shield, BF 3 x a day
and trying to pump inbetween all the rest involved in bottle feeding, it's
no wonder this poor mom's supply is dwindling.  Exactly whose baby is it
