Does anyone know anything about using a newly popular supplement called
SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine) while breastfeeding?  It is promoted as being
helpful for depression, migraines, fibromyalgia and arthritis.   It is said
to be a naturally occurring compound in all living organisms.  People with
the above health problems evidently have less of this compound.  It's been
popular in Europe for several years and evidently has minimal side-effects.
