"Prescription for Nutritional Healing" mentions food allergens as a culprit
in arthritis; also says patients should be tested for bacterial infections
which may be treatable with antibiotics.

TNP (Natural Pharmacist website) mentions:
Darlington LG, Ramsey NW. Review of dietary therapy for rheumatoid
arthritis. Br J Rheumatol. 1993;32:507-514.
