Heard a public announcement from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP 
is very pro bf).  They stated that it is important for mom to get shot and 
pass immunity to baby by breastfeeding, since baby can't get shot until 6 mo 
of age.  I believe immunity is passed no matter whether mom has H1N1, 
seasonal flu or the common cold!  Pat in SNJ
