I have always found Boston to be a very tolerant city regarding
bfing. I never had trouble bfing anywhere, and bathrooms are
not on my list of places I would think of bfing. Although
when my first was born, I wasn't as knowledgable as I am now.

When she was born (18 years ago now) I remember being
in a Sears store when she needed to eat. I asked for a place I could
nurse her and was directed to the bathroom. I had been several places
with lounge areas near bathrooms, so I headed in the direction the
salesperson indicated (which was of course at the opposite end of
a large Sears store) On my way to the bathroom, I passed by the
lounge chair section of the store. I walked right past it in search
of the bathroom, did a double take, realized how ridiculous this was,
turned around and nursed her in a comfortable lazy boy.

Absolutely. Good to know that, if there was snickering, it was kept in
the background. This is how we make bf normal, by doing it wherever we
are and assuming that that's just how things are.
