Answer to all your questions is yes.  Women who are on Mag sulph can breastfeed, though often they are quite sick or their baby is in NICU so often she is pumping.  Moms on Mag Sulph also stay in the delivery suite while on Mag for 24 hours post delivery.  Babies of moms who are hep B positive are given their immune globulin within the first hour of birth and their hep B vaccine within 12 hours and stay with mom as usual.  Hep C is not a contraindication to BF.
