Hello helpful and smart people! We are in the baby friendly process but
are having a hard time with the clinical hours portion. Does anyone have
any helpful tips on how to get each nurse 3 hours of supervised clinical
hours? Does it have to be supervised by an IBCLC or will a CLC work? We
have 170 nurses to train and 2 FTE's of IBCLC's. This is in addition to
our regular duties and no extra time will be allowed.

Thanks so much for your help.

Janet Hoover, IBCLC
