Coach Smith wrote about how easy yeast is to get: <<The list could go on. Sometimes
I think you can get yeast just because it's Thursday.>>

What do you wise ones think about a woman, who has been both pregnant and
lactating, lived most of her life in a moist climate with lots of mold, who eats
MOSTLY sugar and carbohydrates, and has NEVER had yeast? This woman couldn't
understand the popularity of yeast treatment commercials on tv until she met
nursing women and found out how prevalent yeast can be. Yup, my midwives' jaws
dropped when they asked me during my pregnancy about how often I had yeast
infections and I said "umm, what exactly are they?"

Not bragging, but genuinely confused.
