 re: Lansinoh pump. I think it might be the Pigeon pump, which is battery operated (and electric also). the Nurture III is only run on electricity. the Pigeon is a free standing white boxlike motor with a thin tube (or two as it is also fitted with a double pumping option.) attached to the bottle and flange. I am guessing that it could be this one because Lansinoh also purchases and sells the pigeon breastpads under their name. I don't know for sure because we don't have Lansinoh products here in Israel, but we do have Pigeon. I saw the pads at the Lansinoh stand last year in Boca.
