learning to drive a car is easier with someone sitting beside you to help.
when you were first married, you had to work together til things went
smoothly.
when you learned to ride a bike, you fell many times til you got the hang of
it and could do it without thinking.
to moms who have partial supplies and want to switch to total formula: if
you ate junk food for some meals it would still be worth it to have
home-cooked "good meals" even one meal a day. you would not say oh well i'll
just go totally over to junk food - (i think i got this from lactnet).
when baby not latched well he doesn't get much, it's like sucking a straw
with a hole in the side of it - very frustrating and unsatisfying. but when
the straw is intact, you get a good mouthful of fluid and it satisfies you.
