Start with a breastfeeding survey. After the moms go home , mail them a
survey about their breastfeeding teaching in the hospital , be sure to
ask........

Was the information you received consistent? If no, please explain.

I did this and still do this , we almost always get a yes, if its a no,
its the doc One doc in particular) that's giving the conflicting info.
