Just a story that goes along with the thread of missing formula ingredients,
in our area back in the late 50's when nurses mixed up formula, salt was
substituted for sugar and babies died at a local hospital.  The only one in
the nursery who survived was the one breast fed baby.  This story was told
to me when our coalition was booking our annual conference at a local hotel.
The woman in charge of making those arrangements was that baby!!
