Lanell mentioned the use of acupuncture to relieve mastitis and the
client needing to "get something off her chest."  My co-Leaders and I
always point out that stress can be a contributing factor in mastitis.
This is one of the many reasons that you tend to hear from a lot of moms
with mastitis around the holidays each year.
