 Jaye,
Shatavari is an ayurvedic herb that is best suited to pitta doshas. It is THE women's remedy in ayurvedic medicine. It is known to restore "fluid" to a dry and brittle system. I have personally used shatavari for various reasons over the years and have suggested its use to several moms. I love this herb!

There is good info at this link:

Does anyone have info on this herb? One of my mommies who has PCOS stumbled
across it and said other moms with PCOS use it with success for increasing
their supplies.

Thanks!
