I wanted to say thank you for everyone that gave me input regarding this
case. It was amazing to receive such help. Just to give you an updated and
added information for those who had asked. This was a 4 week old baby who is
now up to 1.5 from birth weight. Very slow gainer.  Mom is now putting the
baby at the breast on the non plugged side and reports that things are going
beautifully. Yeast has cleared up. She reports that she was using cephaiexin
for her mastitis which she has taken for the last 2 weeks.  She also reports
that since she just recently felt that using oregano essential oil and epsom
salt compresses have helped the most and for the last 2 days she has been
get a ton of mucus out of that plug duct side and the mass is reducing. I
thank you all for you time and expert advice.
