Sara Bernard posted the article, below, from tomorrow's BMJ, that I'd just read. Note that the pictures, including on the home page of the Current Issue, include babies of a variety of ages breastfeeding - not only newborns.  I thought this was a positive. "A picture speaks a thousand words."
