I have a mom of a 12 week old baby who is having problem with "sensitive nipples"- mainly burning between feeds. She has been on diflucan for 30 days and used APNO cream (did have yeast, now apparently gone). Baby has gained weight well, mom's nipples are rounded post-feed, moms states nipples during feeds are comfortable. The only relief she has is using breast shells. If her clothes brush against ther nipples, she has extreme burning. I'm exploring Reynaulds with her (but doesn't seem the case).

Any thoughts?
