You can find the nutritional value as well as many of the ingredients in
formula by going to http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s00cn.html

I searched under "baby foods" at the top right corner and got all the
various infant formula brands.  That doesn't really tell you all the
ingredients or what percentage is made up of cows' milk, but it does have
a lot of info about what's in that stuff.
