In yesterday's post, Kathy Dettwyler included a statistic that I would
love to be able to quote when speaking to both mothers and professionals
- it stated that between 300 and 3000 children in the US die each year
from causes directly related to use of formula or lack of
breastfeeding.  Can someone tell me where that is from, or what research
it is based on?
