Guess what? A *wet diaper* has been used to (successfully) treat thrush
in the USA for decades! I'm so glad the subject came up because I've
wanted to mention it before, but didn't because I figured you guys
would think I was nuts. As a public health nurse in Georgia, I've had
several patients who've admitted to using their baby's urine to cure
thrush. I used to advise them not to do it, but lately I've decided
that if it works and no harm is done, I'd keep my mouth shut and stop
*bashing* old wives' tales. Usually one treatment does the trick and
the thrush never comes back. I've often wondered if trying urine on
yeasty nipples would work...I'm cringing here ;)

Thanks to everyone who's sent their Lactnet T-shirt orders or e-mail
confirmations!
