It has come to my attention thatt a major HMO in our metropolitan area is
promoting its "Lactation Center"  by describing the staff credentials.  No
IBCLCs are mentioned.  I will consult my support volunteers in LLL about how
to communicate with the HMO (as a representative of LLL or as a client).  In
the meantime, what are the most important points to raise with the HMO.  The
Public Relations benefits and the $$$$ would impact them most.  Public
health and better service to mothers and babies is my priority.  Would it be
appropriate to give the ILCA address and info or ask ILCA to contact this
