Hi Wise People,

A fellow Leader of mine who does not subscribe to Lactnet has the
following question. She is having difficulty finding the answer to this
question. All the usual LLL resources aren't turning up much of
anything. I tried to search the Lactnet archives on the Web but the
server was down (????)...here's the question:

> A mother wants to know how long EBM is good if it has been not
>only thawed but warmed. Does she need to throw it out if baby has not
>sucked on the bottle? Yes I've already mentioned that nursing is
easier
>than expressing and giving it in a bottle. This is for the "occasional
>bottle while traveling" her words. I figured it is better to answer the
>question than to go off on some lecture about the ease of nursing, etc,
>etc. Any thought would be welcome as I have not found any concrete
answers
>in the BAB. Her main question seems to be on the fact the bottle has
not
>only been thawed but warmed as well.

Thanks in advance!
