Most of teh ABA leafelts are actaully available in the UK from the  Association of Breastfeeding Mothers [apart from one about  grandparents and one aobut keeping cool]

I don't know what will get you the booklet faster: wait for Karleen to send 
it from Australia or order it in the UK.
Come to think of it... ABA probably sells it as well. Let me have a look...
