PTP. Mom is almost exclusively pumping. Good yield. About 10-20 min after pumping, she has several minutes of pain severe enough that she doesn't feel like talking, and would take pain medication if it continued. It goes away after a few minutes. Warm compresses haven't helped. Pump flanges fit fine, no sign of abrasion.  No pain while pumping, or at other times.  It sounds like the refill twinge that some moms describe, but I've never heard of it being this painful for weeks. This has been consistent for several weeks. Thoughts?
