We often talk about the cost of formula, but usually we do not mean money.
Well... my neighbor's daughter just had a baby. For many reasons (none of
them medical) she will not breastfeed. They happen to be the same reasons
why she should be breastfeeding, but... end of rant. Today she run out of
formula given to her in the hospital. So Grandmother called the pharmacy to
buy some more. A case of ready-to feed is $55.00!!! I have looked at the
delivery slip.
This will last about a week?!
Mind boggling!
