Kathy,
       I also worked with a client who described a similar scenario
(pituitary tumor, high prolactin levels). She mentioned this matter- of -factly at the
end of the consultation, after we had gone over medical Hx. She was not on any
meds. at that point.  After correcting latch, this mom had no supply issues.
I also had trouble finding much info in this area but would love to have more
